NeurAxon, Inc. to Present at Upcoming Investor and Medical Conferences
WALTHAM, MA, September 8, 2009 – NeurAxon, Inc. is pleased to announce that Lawrence Bloch, M.D., J.D., the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, and John S. Andrews, Ph.D., the Company’s President and Head of R&D, will be presenting at the following conferences:
- Thomas Weisel Partners Healthcare Conference on Thursday, September 10th at 8:35 am ET in the Blaxton Room at the Four Seasons Hotel in Boston, corporate presentation by Dr. Lawrence Bloch.
- Arrowhead's 3rd Annual Pain Therapeutics Summit on Thursday, September 24th at 9:40 am ET at the Grand Summit Hotel in Summit, New Jersey, “NOS Inhibition as a Mechanism for Novel Analgesics” presentation by Dr. John S. Andrews.
- BioContact Quebec, on Wednesday, October 7th at 3:00 pm ET at the Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac, Quebec, corporate presentation by Dr. John S. Andrews.
These presentations will provide an overview of NeurAxon and its portfolio of internally generated, novel, proprietary pain therapeutics including its lead candidate, NXN-188, an oral, first-in-class, selective nNOS inhibitor and 5HT agonist which is currently in development for the treatment of acute migraine.
