NeurAxon, Inc. to Present at Upcoming Investor and Business Development Conferences

- NXN-188 selected for second year in a row by Windhover as one of the Top 10 Most Promising Neuroscience Projects -

WALTHAM, MA. November 12, 2009 – NeurAxon, Inc. is pleased to announce that Lawrence Bloch, M.D., J.D., the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, will be presenting at the following conferences:

• Lazard Capital Markets 6th Annual Healthcare Conference on Tuesday, November 17th at 2:40 pm Eastern Time at the St. Regis Hotel in New York

This presentation will provide an overview of NeurAxon and its portfolio of internally generated, novel, proprietary pain therapeutics including its lead candidate, NXN-188, an oral, first-in-class, selective nNOS inhibitor and 5HT agonist which is currently in Phase 2 development for the treatment of acute migraine.

• Windhover’s Therapeutic Area Partnerships on Wednesday, November 18th at 1:15 pm Eastern Time at the Westin Copley Place in Boston

This presentation is part of the Top 10 Neuroscience Projects to Watch track and will provide an overview of NXN-188 development progress. This is the second consecutive year in which NXN-188 has been selected as one of the Top 10 most promising neuroscience projects currently available for strategic partnering. Selection was determined by an independent committee assembled by Windhover Information, a leading provider of business information products and services to senior executives in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries.
