Lawrence Bloch, MD, JD, CEO and President, NeurAxon Inc.

Led private, IPO and follow-on equity financings while serving as CFO and head of business development at Applied Molecular Evolution (AME) and NitroMed.  Negotiated multiple corporate deals including the AME merger with Eli Lilly and Company.  Dr Bloch earned a JD from Harvard Law School, MD from Harvard Medical School and MBA from Harvard Business School.
